These terms cover the marketing website only — including product information pages, the blog, resources, the demo request form, and the chat assistant. Use of the evo7 platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement signed at onboarding.

Content on this Website is provided for general information about the evo7 platform and is subject to change without notice. Product capabilities, module availability, and roadmap items (including features marked "coming soon") may evolve; nothing on this Website constitutes a contractual commitment, warranty, or service-level guarantee.

Submitting a demo request does not create any commercial obligation on either side. We will use the contact details you provide to schedule and conduct the requested walkthrough, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Website — including submitting false or automated form entries, attempting to disrupt or probe the Website or its APIs, or scraping content at scale without permission.
