Which payment gateways does evo7 support?
evo7 currently integrates with Cashfree for both collections (customer payments) and payouts (vendor disbursements). Additional gateways can be requested.
How do customers pay via QR code?
When Cashfree is configured, each invoice displays a dynamic UPI QR code. The customer scans and pays — evo7 polls Cashfree in real-time and marks the invoice paid automatically.
Is there a sandbox mode for testing?
Yes. Each gateway (Collections and Payouts) can be switched between Sandbox and Production mode independently from the Admin Billing Settings panel.
What are Cashfree Payouts used for?
Payouts automate vendor and supplier payments from within the platform. Instead of manually initiating bank transfers, the finance team can disburse payments directly from the Payments Sent module.
Is payment gateway data stored securely?
API keys and secrets are stored encrypted server-side. The UI never exposes full credentials — only masked values are shown once configured.
