How is evo7 priced?

Is there a free trial or demo?
We start every engagement with a free 30-minute walkthrough on your own workflows. Founding customers then get a guided pilot before committing.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed in INR with a proper GST tax invoice. Monthly and annual billing are both available; annual billing gets preferential founding-customer rates.
Is GST included in the quoted price?
Quotes are stated exclusive of GST, and GST is itemized on every invoice as required — the same GST-native billing the platform itself provides.
Can I cancel? What happens to my data?
You can cancel at the end of any billing period — no lock-in beyond the term you chose. On cancellation we provide a full export of your data (leads, invoices, stock, documents) before deletion.
Do you charge for onboarding or data migration?
No. White-glove onboarding and migration of your existing leads, stock, and billing data are included for founding customers.
